because he knoweth that he hath but a short time...

Indeed!

From reading in "The Family: A Proclamation to the World", "Church Instructs Leaders on Same-Sex Marriage", Introduction to The Book of Mormon, Revelation 12, and Exodus 30-31, 35. I particularly appreciate how the Family Proclamation and the same-sex marriage instructions point out that God's moral law cannot change regardless of changes in civil law, give solid reasons why following God's moral law bless all of us, and kindly calls for civility among both sides of continuing discussions on these issues.
