You Can Never Cross The Ocean Until You Have The Courage To Lose Sight Of The Shore

Apparently incorrectly attributed to Columbus, but worth pondering anyway!

Today's scripture:

And also it grieveth me that I must use so much boldness of speech   concerning you, before your wives and your children, many of 
 whose feelings are exceedingly tender and chaste and delicate  before God, which thing is pleasing unto God;

                  -- Jacob 2:7

I believe it is worth noting how sensitive our Heavenly Father is to the tender and delicate feelings of His daughters.  It is an important reminder to husbands, fathers, and sons everywhere to be mindful of the feelings of the women in our lives.
