Nice Visit With Gary Lynn in Ontario, CA

I had a great visit with Gary Lynn today-did his taxes and had lunch (garden salad with chicken and cottage cheese and water). Picture taken by me on my cell phone while we were standing there. Hard work is much better when you get to share it with good friends :)

I love this blog! Reading all these awes updates, glad to know you are eating well through the busiest time of year! Now one more week until we can add a little exercise to the regiment on a regular basis
